Leonardo Pelagotti, certified instructor of the Wim Hof® Method (pioneer of the method in France and Italy), ex-national gymnast, Master Instructor Advantage® and coach Animal Flow® and Elise Pieters Yoga teacher are at the origin of the INSPIRE Potential project. The Wim-Hof method is a way of rediscovering one's physical and mental capacities through the synergy of breathing exercises, exposure to cold and mental training (breathing, hormesis, work on the strength of the mind, yoga). They organize internships in France and Italy to allow you to experience a real transformation and regain control of your mind, strengthen your body, relearn how to breathe to live to your fullest every day.
